Notes:
  1. Theory shorts - Always excited to pick up good knee-length shorts. These might be a little too tight on my butt but I'm going to try to pull them off at least once.
  2. American Apparel bodysuit thing - HAD to have. I don't know how much use I'll get out of this or whether I'll ever try it as a bathing suit or what but I couldn't say no to it.
  3. Sue Wong dress - Probably a keeper (with some white underwear instead of black, haha) but probably not going to wear until next summer-ish. A little shorter than I like but otherwise fits in well with my style and I especially love the
  4. Back detail.
  5. French Connection dress - Pockets. 'Nuff said.
  6. Motel Rocks dress - Screaming for accessories from the front. Love that. And then, another great
  7. Back detail.
  8. Marc Jacobs top - Simple. I rarely pull off a cropped top in my everyday wardrobe but this one is just a hint.
  9. American Apparel dress - I've wanted this kind of silly piece for a while and now it's just out of style enough to really start wearing. ;)
  10. Back detail.
  11. Sheer silk top - So racy that it will probably just be a layering piece for a while but maybe I'll find a way to highlight it in an outfit without coming off like a whore?
  12. Tory Burch top - Not really my usual style but it was navy so it drew me in. Very easy to throw on and be done. +1 for that.
  13. Ella Moss herringbone top - Cute with just about anything, no?
  14. Lux dress - Odd weight to the fabric; probably won't wear until Spring. But, again, great
  15. Back detail.
  16. Kate Spade Wedding Belles dress - Serves the same basic purpose as the Sue Wong dress so it's a little silly that I bought both. Probably going to end up in my Poshmark Closet. Opinions? (Get it here.)
  17. Resurrected leather skirt - Way too short for me and not layerable; definitely selling. (Get it here.)
  18. See? Unwearably short (despite my banging bod, haha).
  19. Juan Carlos PiƱera beaded silk dress - Love love love it but I'm a little too petite for it so it's going, too. (Get it here.)
  20. American Apparel dress - I intended to use it as a slip dress, but I'm too woman-shaped for this one. (Get it here.)
So, a few strike outs this week but, luckily, they were mostly "just for fun" pieces. I also got these two pairs of shoes I Instagrammed:

Some super crazy shoes I bought today.

Yes, those are guns on the heels. Too ridiculous to pass up. The silver pair on the left are Casadei. I've noticed I don't really have any formal party shoes and I'm trying to slowly work on that.

  1. Don't think I've ever wished we were the same size more. :) Love the two ivory dresses (especially the Kate Spade one!), but amazing scores all around. Definitely need to come thrifting with you on Long Island sometime! xx M
